Submit your patent numbers, get automatic fee deadline monitoring and staged email reminders
Option 1: Web Form (Recommended)
- Open Patent Annuity Monitor
- Fill in the form:
- Patent No. (required): separate multiple with commas
- Email (required): for reminders and dashboard login
- Phone (optional for English pages)
- Applicant (optional)
- Complete the simple math verification
- Receive a confirmation email with your dashboard link
Option 2: Batch Upload (CSV)
- Click "Batch Upload" on the monitor page
- Download the CSV template
- Fill in (columns: Patent No. / Email / Phone / Applicant)
- Upload — up to 100 patents at once. If you need more than 100, please contact us (Tel 17605608891 / email patent@zhihaiyida.com).
The dashboard is your patent fee management panel — check all monitored patents anytime.
Option 1: Email Link (Recommended)
Confirmation and reminder emails contain your personal dashboard link. Click to enter — no login needed.
Option 2: WeChat Official Account
- Check "Remember this device" to skip verification next time
- Code valid for 10 minutes; cannot resend within 60 seconds
- 5 wrong attempts locks login for 10 minutes
First-time User
If you haven't submitted any patents yet, the login page has a link guiding you to the submission page first.
Overview
Top of page shows: total monitored patents, normal count, at-risk count.
Patent Cards

Fee Plan (Expandable)
Each card shows the current due year by default. Click "Expand All" to view the full plan from Year 1 to expiry, including amount, deadline, and payment status for each year.
Email Verification
Click "Verify Email" on the dashboard. After verification:
- Green ✓ badge appears, confirming your email
- Add new patents directly from the dashboard (no need to re-enter email)
- Public form submissions blocked for verified emails (prevents unauthorized use)
Adding Patents
Verified users can add new patent numbers directly on the dashboard — the system auto-creates monitoring records.
The system sends staged email reminders before each fee deadline.
