My Patent Annuity Dashboard

The dashboard uses email plus a one-time code, so there is no password to remember. A code is valid for 10 minutes, the same address cannot request a new one for 60 seconds, and 5 consecutive wrong entries lock it for 10 minutes.

We advise against it. The link acts as an access credential, so anyone holding it can view your patent information. If you think it has leaked, contact us to have it regenerated.

Confirm you are using the same email address that was used at submission, and check your spam folder. Requests must be at least 60 seconds apart. You can also open the dashboard link contained in any reminder email, or contact us.

An amount may be a saved source snapshot, a standard-fee reference or pending verification. A standard reference does not establish fee-reduction eligibility, open-licence benefits or the actual payable amount. Verify official payment records and notices before paying.

The dashboard shows saved fee, legal-status and bibliographic information with separate sources and update times. Some information still requires a person to open a browser; the formal IPDPS bulk service is not connected. Read timestamps, reminder references and verification notices together. This is not a real-time official query.

Yes. The dashboard groups records by email address, so every patent submitted from the same address is shown together, making payment deadlines easier to manage.

After email verification you can add or upload patents on the dashboard. Its three-column template is Patent No. / Phone / Applicant and uses the verified email. The public form uses four columns including Email; use the matching template. A successful submission creates a record. Fee, legal-status and bibliographic information are supplemented separately; timing depends on source availability and manual work. Check timestamps and pending-verification notices on the dashboard. No fixed completion time is promised.

Yes. The dashboard is responsive and opens directly in desktop, phone and tablet browsers, with no app to install.

Check official payable fees and notices immediately, and ask a patent professional to assess late payment or restoration. Days past the reminder reference and labels such as "awaiting restoration" do not establish a restoration window. Fixed five- or seven-month counts cannot determine termination or permanent loss of rights.

It keeps you signed in only in that device's browser, so no code is needed next time. Do not enable it on a shared or public computer.
